The Vogue app is a key digital product within the Vogue ecosystem, offering audiences a curated way to engage with fashion, culture, and editorial content on mobile.
As part of its ongoing evolution, I contributed to multiple initiatives and features across commerce, community, and subscriptions. Working closely with product, engineering, and editorial teams at Vogue US, I helped design experiences that connect readers to the content they love and support engagement within the app ●
1. Vogue Business Paywall
Helped simplify a previously confusing experience with multiple subscription tiers by clarifying messaging and hierarchy.
Designed paywall surfaces that clearly communicated Vogue Business subscription benefits at the point of access.
Collaborated with product and editorial partners to align design, content, and subscription strategy.
  1. Commerce and Saving Features
Expanded saving functionality beyond images to include products and stories, allowing users to create wish-lists and save editorial content.
Introduced content toggles for saved images, products, and stories, and redesigned board cards to align with web and support future flexibility.
Supported long-term retention by enabling users to curate and return to the content they care about.
  1. Group Chat Experience
Designed comment filtering options to surface higher-quality and more relevant discussions.
Added pinned comments to communicate guidance, moderation updates, and key context.
Improved commenting flows with clearer onboarding, visual feedback, and stronger calls to action to encourage participation.
  1. Vogue Open Casting
Worked on bringing the Vogue Open Casting experience fully into the app to drive traffic and engagement.
Enabled sharing through auto-generated Vogue assets with clear calls to action back to the app.
The experience drove high traffic, increased time spent, and higher app engagement, and is now referenced internally for future community-led initiatives.
